If you forget your password and created your Blisspath account using an email, you can reset it by following these steps:
- On the Blisspath login page, tap the "Forgot Password" button.
- Enter the email address associated with your Blisspath account.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link.
- On the reset page, create a new password.
- After setting the new password, return to the app and log in with your updated credentials.
Note: If you signed up using Google Sign In or Apple Sign In, you will need to recover your account through those respective systems, as the "Forgot Password" option does not apply.
If you don’t receive the password reset email, try the following steps:
- Check your spam/junk folder: Sometimes the email might be mistakenly filtered into these folders.
- Ensure you entered the correct email: Double-check that you used the email associated with your Blisspath account.
- Wait a few minutes: There may be a slight delay in receiving the email.
- Resend the request: Go back to the login page, click "Forgot Password" again, and resend the request
Blisspath subscriptions are managed through the app store on your device (iOS or Android). To manage or cancel your subscription, follow the steps below for your specific platform:
For iOS (Apple):
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap on your name at the top to access your Apple ID settings.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find and tap on Blisspath in the list of active subscriptions.
- To manage your subscription, you can select a different plan or review renewal options.
- To cancel your subscription, tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
For Android (Google Play):
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions.
- Tap on Subscriptions and find Blisspath in the list.
- To manage your subscription, you can select a different plan or change renewal settings.
- To cancel your subscription, tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
Your subscription will stay active until the end of the billing cycle even after cancellation.
Please note that canceling your subscription through the app store will not delete your Blisspath account, but it will stop any future charges after the current subscription period ends.

Blisspath releases new content and app updates regularly to enhance your experience and introduce new features. We strive to provide fresh content and improvements frequently, taking into account user feedback.
We aim to release at least one major update per month, exclusively featuring premium content for Blisspath Pro users.
If you wish to delete your Blisspath account, follow these steps:
- Open the Blisspath app and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Settings section from the menu.
- Select Account Settings.
- If prompted, log in again to confirm your identity.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision when prompted. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Please note that deleting your account is irreversible, and all your data, including any subscription benefits, will be lost. Additionally, deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. You will need to cancel your subscription separately through your Google Play or Apple App Store account to avoid further charges.
Currently, Blisspath supports in-app purchases through iOS (Apple) and Android (Google Play). To update your payment method, follow the instructions based on your device:
For iOS (Apple):
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap on your name at the top to access your Apple ID settings.
- Select Payment & Shipping.
- You may be prompted to log in with your Apple ID.
- To update your payment method, tap on your current payment method and enter the updated details.
- To add a new payment method, tap Add Payment Method, enter the necessary information, and tap Done.
- If you want to remove a payment method, swipe left on the payment method and tap Delete.
For Android (Google Play):
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions.
- Tap on Payment Methods.
- To update your payment method, tap Edit next to the existing payment method and update your details.
- To add a new payment method, tap Add Payment Method, follow the instructions, and save the changes.
- To remove a payment method, tap Remove under the method you wish to delete.
Please note that these changes will apply to all future transactions made within Blisspath through your respective app store.
Blisspath is compatible with the following devices, ensuring smooth performance with the required dependencies:
For iOS (Apple):
- Devices running iOS 14.0 or later are supported. Please ensure your iPhone or iPad is updated to at least this version for optimal app performance and compatibility with features like in-app purchases, notifications, and Firebase integrations.
For Android:
- Devices running Android 9.0 (Pie) or later are supported. Ensure your Android device is updated to this version or later to fully enjoy the app’s features, including in-app purchases, notifications, and other advanced functionality.
Note: If your device does not meet these compatibility requirements, you will not be able to install the Blisspath app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
For the best experience, we recommend using the latest operating system version and a device with stable internet connectivity.
Normally, Blisspath will automatically attempt to restore your purchases when you log in to a new device using the same account. If this does not happen, you can manually restore your purchases by following these steps:
For iOS (Apple):
- Ensure you are logged in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
- Open the Blisspath app on your new device.
- If automatic restoration doesn’t occur, tap on any premium content. This will open the Checkout page.
- On the Checkout page, tap the Restore Purchases button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the restoration process.
For Android (Google Play):
- Make sure you are logged in to the same Google Play account used for the original purchase.
- Open the Blisspath app on your new device.
- If automatic restoration doesn’t occur, tap on any premium content. This will open the Checkout page.
- On the Checkout page, tap the Restore Purchases button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your purchases.
Unfortunately, subscriptions cannot be transferred directly between platforms (iOS and Android) due to differences in how the Apple App Store and Google Play Store manage in-app purchases. If you switch from an iOS device to an Android device (or vice versa), you will need to cancel your current subscription and purchase a new subscription through the app store on your new device.
However, if you created your Blisspath account using an email address, you can use the same account on both iOS and Android devices, and your progress will be synced across both platforms. Please note that if you signed up using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, you will not be able to use your account on the other platform, as these login methods are platform-specific.

If you cancel your Blisspath subscription before the renewal date, you will still have access to all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After the billing cycle ends, your subscription will not be renewed, and you will lose access to the premium features offered by Blisspath Pro.
Please note that canceling your subscription does not result in a refund for the remaining time on your current subscription. You can continue to enjoy the benefits until the subscription period ends.
